Wedding Planning Services

Chiesa Del Carmine has its own team of specialist wedding planners on site to assist in all the details required for your wedding and make your dream wedding come true.

The following services are available:

Initial meeting and consultation

We arrange an initial meeting and consultation at Chiesa Del Carmine or are happy to conduct this meeting over Skype/ Facetime if you are not able to visit Italy before the event.

Documentation

We can provide all the necessary assistance with regards to the paperwork and legal documentation required for all types of ceremonies, both Italy and your home country.

Catering

We can introduce our clients to a selected group of caterers whom we know and trust. We then assist in choosing the menu, tables, chairs and decorations

Flowers

We can introduce our clients to a selected group of florists who we know and trust. We then assist in choosing your flowers for the day.

Music

We can assist in choosing and booking your music, whether it be a trio to play during the event, a band or DJ for the after dinner celebrations or even a simple sound system.

Hair and Make-up

It is important that all the bridal party are looking and feeling their best. We can arrange hair-dressers and make-up artists to come to the villa or for guests to visit local salons for their pampering.

Photographers and Videos

We have a list of talented, experienced photographers whom we can introduce you to.

Wedding favours

You may wish to provide local and traditional Italian wedding favours for your guests and we can help you source these. We even have our own beautifully packaged Chiesa Del Carmine olive oil in a beautiful 100mls gift bottle so people can take them home on the plane.

 Transport

We can arrange all your transport needs from that special wedding car, to transporting your guests from their accommodation to the venue as well as arranging private drivers to collect guests from airports or train stations.

Babysitters

We work with professional babysitters and can arrange this service for both the day of the wedding and during the events surrounding it.

Honeymoons

We work with a number of agents throughout Italy who can assist you in planning your honeymoon  if you wish to continue your stay in Italy.

Other Equipment Hire

We have our own Marquee which can be hired in the event of bad weather and can also arrange hire of additional lighting if required.

Other Accommodation

We have a comprehensive portfolio of accommodation in the nearby area for your guests and can assist them with booking the location that is most appropriate for them.

We also provide wedding planning services to clients who wish to get married in other locations or villas in Umbria, in particular when the number of guests exceeds 50. We are more than happy to provide accommodation for 14 of these guests at Chiesa del Carmine.
