Wine and Olive Oil Tasting and Vineyard Tour

We would like to welcome you to our Vineria del Carmine, the recently restored, 16th-century farmhouse where tastings of our wines and farm products are conducted by our bilingual sommelier. Visitors will learn about our winemaking processes and we want them to understand how an abandoned property in Umbria has been transformed with the help of organic agriculture and hard work into one of Italy’s most beautiful valleys.

Tastings are in English, Italian and French.
Booking a reservation is always recommended.
All the menus will change seasonally and please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements or intolerances and we will be prepared to accommodate them.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Our guests can enjoy a walk through our vineyards and learn about the history and wildlife of the Estate. This will help them to fully appreciate the position of the Carmine Estate in this beautiful Umbrian landscape.
If the 13th-century Chiesa del Carmine church is not being rented at the time of the tasting, we will gladly include this property in the tour. We welcome visitors to come early and stay on after their tasting to soak up the beautiful views and unique environment.
