Rose petal colour; hints of cherry, honey and flowers on the nose. Persuasive rosé with good balance

Serving suggestion: Perfect for aperitifs, extremely versatile with food. Excellent with focaccia and white pizza, seafood dishes and white meats. Umbrian food pairing suggestion: Torta al Testo with local salumi and cheeses.
