Tasting Notes

Onion skin colour, it is a dry, pleasantly fresh and savoury wine. Fruity on the nose with ripe strawberry notes, citrus and tropical fruits, almond finish on the palate.

Serving suggestion: Perfect for aperitifs, great with creamy, savoury dishes, perfect with fish. Umbrian Food Wine Pairing Suggestion: Baccala’ in Umido.

Harvest: Manual harvest with selection of the best bunches in the third week of August

Vinification: Soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks
